When received the drawing or design from our customer, our engineer will check it.

In order to clarify if the article can be produced at least the followed points have to be checked:

1.the article can be produced under economically methods

2.the article can be produced inside the specified tolerances and quantities

3.the production process(includes the tools for production) has to fulfill the statutory regulations and the regulations of environment have to be fulfilled.

Understanding of drawing and specification:

Are all drawings and specification available? Is the article defined enough and are all requirements been understand?

Estimation of feasibility:

can be produced

can be produced with proposal 

limited producible

non producible
